Dr. Lindi Mokwena

Director and Head of the Team, Dr. Lindi Mokwena, brings a wealth of expertise to KOHC as a qualified medical doctor. Her leadership ensures that KOHC maintains strict compliance with essential regulations such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Mine Health and Safety Act, and other relevant legislation.
Dr. Lindi is not only a leader in healthcare but also in community upliftment. In 2018, she founded the Dr. Lindi Foundation, dedicated to supporting disadvantaged school children and tertiary students, providing basic needs, and offering practical skills training for graduates. This commitment to social responsibility demonstrates her holistic approach to making a positive impact beyond the confines of her profession.
Her extensive experience spans both the public service and private health sectors, including roles as a part-time OMP, Master of Science Degree holder in Sports Medicine, and Director and Owner at KOHC. Recognized as a Standard Bank Top Women Leaders awardee in 2022 and a Sunrise Women Awards Winner for Academic Excellence in 2022, Dr. Lindi’s accolades speak volumes about her commitment to excellence.
As the director and founder of Kriel Occupational Health Centre, Dr. Lindi leads a women-empowered team that delivers a comprehensive range of services, including medical surveillance, travel clinic services, mobile occupational health services with digital X-rays, and employee wellness programs. With a focus on leveraging modern technology, skills, and clinical knowledge, Dr. Lindi ensures that KOHC remains at the forefront of delivering high-quality healthcare solutions.
